Rigor is creating an environment in which each student is expected to learn at high levels, each student is supported so he or she can learn at high levels, and each student demonstrates learning at high levels (Blackburn, 2008).

Common Core--Math Guidelines
The publishers' guidelines for the math standards are now out. They are the first item in the list. If you haven't downloaded the ones for ELA, scroll down. I've found these are helpful tools in addition to the standards and appendices.
